Stem Cell Centre - Mouse Gene Targeting

The Stem Cell Centre gene targeting platform as recommended by GEN-AU is now established at the IMBA/IMP campus to support researchers in the field of embryonic stem (ES) cells and gene targeting. Following targeting construct synthesis and validation, the service provides ES cells and feeder cell dishes, and electroporation of ES cells with the targeting construct. Following successful electroporation, selection and clonal expansion can also be done depending on the demand. As service we will provide 200 clones picked on 24-well plates.
